Canopies
Infinity Metal Systems specialize in the design, fabrication, and installation of custom aluminum canopies - combining precision engineering with long term durability. I.M.S. Canopies can be designed in-house, or by our engineers to meet any architectural specification required.
Hanger-Rod, or "Hanger Arm", Canopies feature a suspended design supported by steel hanger rods anchored to a building's facade. Fabricated from extruded aluminum gutter and finished with durable powder coating, they combine strength, precision, and architectural appeal.
Post Support Canopies are engineered with durable aluminum or steel posts and framing to provide reliable coverage in a variety of layouts and sizes. Integrated soffit panels allow for clean aesthetics and the option to include lighting or other design features.
Cantilevered canopies, sometimes referred to as "Outrigger Canopies", project from the building façade without visible supports, using concealed outriggers or brackets for a clean, modern profile. Ideal for entrances, windows, and outdoor seating areas where unobstructed space is essential.

When it comes to commercial building exteriors, there are several types of wall systems commonly used. Whether it's a Cavity Wall, consisting of two layers separated by an air gap, or cavity, which allows for drainage and ventilation, or a Barrier Wall, which lacks an air gap and serves as both the weather-resistant layer and the structural support, the pros at Infinity Metal Systems are extremely knowledgeable in the application of a variety of exterior wall panel systems.
Lightweight composite exterior panels that contain a foam core with exceptional insulation properties that are quick and easy to install, these panels are ideal for wall and roof applications in architectural, commercial and industrial markets. IMP panels offer excellent R-Values and greatly improve energy efficiency, while also allowing for a multitude of design opportunities. IMS installed Insulated Panels on the new Volkswagen Plant in Chattanooga last year.
One of our most popular products to install on commercial buildings are Aluminum Composite Panels, or ACM Panels. Their lightweight construction, durability and versatility in design options makes ACM Panels an excellent choice when it comes to cladding exterior walls. Infinity Metal Systems has installed ACM Panels on businesses across the Atlanta area, perhaps most prominently noticed on the Carvana Tower located in Midtown.
